About the Role

What will you be doing?


  • Act as the primary HR contact for assigned business areas, providing hands-on support and strategic guidance on people issues. Use HR data insights to support business decision-making.

  • Manage and advise on a wide range of complex Employee Relations (ER) matters including disciplinary, grievance, performance, conflict resolution and capability cases, ensuring alignment with employment law, regulatory standards and company policies.

  • Coach and equip line managers to handle ER cases with confidence by providing guidance, tools, and training on absence management, performance, and disciplinary matters.

  • Proactively manage absence cases, including short and long-term sickness, coordinating interventions such as occupational health referrals and phased return-to-work plans.
