Job Description

• Oversee and manage the full HR function across multiple company locations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
• Act as a key link between management and employees to address workplace relations and organisational needs.
• Manage employee relations, including disciplinary processes and CCMA representation.
• Ensure compliance with South African labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDA, OHS).
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and standard operating procedures.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and cultural integration across all sites.
• Manage performance appraisal systems, probation processes, and employee development.
