Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and payroll.
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices aligned with the company's vision and values.
- Oversee compensation & benefits to ensure fairness and competitiveness.
- Partnering with business leaders to understand their workforce needs and provide strategic HR support.
- Analysing HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement (e.g., turnover rates, training effectiveness).
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
