About the Role

HR Operations & Compliance

  • Ensure full compliance with UAE Labour Law, MOHRE regulations and other applicable employment laws.
  • Develop, implement and update HR policies, procedures and employee handbooks.
  • Manage employment contracts, offer letters, employee records and HR documentation.
  • Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise management on HR-related implications.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions.
