About the Role

  • Minimum HR Qualification, preferably Bachelors Degree
  • Minimum 7 - 10 years´ HR Management experience
  • Experience within the financial services industry preferably in a Distribution channel
  • Sound knowledge of BCEA, EE, LRA, OHSA
  • Project management experience would be beneficial
  • Strategic leadership skills

  • Advanced MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
