HR Leader: Build the People Foundation for AI FinTech

Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) is seeking an HR leader to build and own the HR function for a strategic initiative shaping Singapore's financial services future. You will work at the intersection of AI and digital finance, and report to the Head of the initiative, establishing HR from the ground up and scaling as the program grows.

The role requires 10–15 years of HR experience, with hands-on leadership, strong compliance discipline, and a proven track record in startup-like environments.
