Job Description
You’ll work hands-on across employee experience and HR operations alongside a team that moves with purpose and is always looking to do things better. Your responsibilities will span three core areas.
Employee Experience & Communications
Support the planning and delivery of employee experience initiatives in partnership with the HR team and Employee Resource Groups – and look for ways to make them more impactful each time.Assist in designing EDMs and visuals for internal announcements. And help us continuously improve how we communicate with our people.Help coordinate staff welfare touchpoints (, marriage, newborn, long service awards) and contribute to improving these processes.Employee Lifecycle
