About the Role

We are looking for an 
HR Generalist with a focus on Talent Acquisition (m/f/d)  on a 6-month fixed-term contract  to support our operations in Switzerland. In this role, you will act as a key interface between our employees, clinics, and management teams while driving a strategic and proactive approach to attracting veterinary talent. 
The position focuses on direct search (headhunting)  and the development of talent pipelines  for Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians (ATV). The goal is to anticipate future hiring needs and build long-term talent networks in a highly competitive and multilingual market.
