HR Generalist

Job Purpose Collaborate with site leadership and HR colleagues in the region to determine, deliver or implement and continuously improve impactful HR solutions (programs & processes) to business challenges.

First focus is support to our Manufacturing Site and Office in Sanford covering the total HR package on recruitment, workforce planning and development, employee relations, compensation, benefits, performance and talent management.

You will occasionally provide operational HR support to other locations in the N-AMR region.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the recruiting cycle which includes, job posting by both internal and external recruiting channels, agency selection and contact, resume screening, interviewing and onboarding.


• Provide Payroll support, including checks and balances both on payroll and time & attendance.
