About the Role
Key responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, joining, and onboarding for blue-collar, grey-collar, and staff positions. Take ownership of bulk hiring and closure of operational and factory-related requirements within timelines. Manage attendance, leave records, shift coordination, and employee movement tracking for approximately 200+ employees.
