About the Role

Job Summary

Work with recruitment agencies to source candidates for blue‑collar positions, review job descriptions, and prepare postings. Screen candidates through resume shortlisting, phone, and personal interviews, and conduct background checks.

Recruitment & Onboarding

Ensure new hire tool requests and complete paperwork including contracts and NDAs. Conduct orientation, manage department liaison and IT asset requests, and explain HR policies and procedures.

HR Administration & Compliance

Maintain employee master database (ZOHO, Adrenalin), communications (offer, salary certificates, transfer letters), attendance, overtime, health insurance debit/credit notes, and cost updates (visa, accommodation). Provide HR business support, handle queries, and keep up to date with UAE labor laws.
