About the Role

JOB SUMMARY
The Human Resource Generalist & Recruiter is responsible for developing and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified and capable talent for our growing operations in China. They will also handle some day-to-day human resources (HR) duties for our Shanghai and Beijing locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruiting

+ Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.

+ Create job postings and manage the advertisement processes.

+ Actively research, identify, and manage relationships with effective job posting platforms and recruitment channels within China.

+ Collaborate with business unit leaders and managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
