Responsibilities

  • Taking care of HR Full factions (HRD/HRM).
  • Preparing payroll for Tiger soft program employees.
  • Handling Com&Ben Management.
  • Managing employee evaluation, Performance Management, KPI, etc.
  • Working with HQ (Europe) to implement the policy.
  • Developing internal personnel and courses.
  • Handling other tasks in the HR department.

  • 28 - 45 years old.
  • Graduated with a bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR full spectrum.
