HR Executive, Talent Acquisition & Employee Development

This position is expected to independently manage blue collar recruitment, onboarding programmes, training coordination and HR vendor management.

SF Express (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and resourceful HR professional to support our growing operations in Singapore. This role will focus on frontline recruitment (including drivers, warehouse personnel, customer service staff and other Tier 1 & Tier 2 employees), onboarding and employee development, while also managing relationships with external HR service providers and recruitment partners.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting workforce growth across our logistics and supply chain operations and ensuring a positive employee experience from hiring through onboarding.
