About the Role

Prepare payroll & reports

  • Prepare payroll & reports
  • Have knowledge of MOM rules and handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations & liaise with relevant authorities.
  • Support recruitment.
  • Support ISO certification.
  • Administer onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support MRA grant application.
  • Source for quotations.
  • Organize activities.
  • Perform admin tasks & other ad‑hoc.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in payroll and MOM related tasks.
  • Diploma holder.
  • Accounting experience is an advantage but not compulsory.
  • Can start immediately is an advantage.
  • SPR/Citizen preferred.
