Role Overview

The T alent Acquisition Executive (Temp) will support the Human Resources team in ensuring smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to support recruitment activities, employee administration, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow up on recruitment requirements.
  • Prepare onboarding documentation and issue new joiner announcements.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking reports.
