Role Overview
The T alent Acquisition Executive (Temp) will support the Human Resources team in ensuring smooth and effective delivery of day-to-day HR operations. This role involves close coordination with internal stakeholders to support recruitment activities, employee administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Support recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Liaise with hiring managers to arrange interviews and follow up on recruitment requirements.
- Prepare onboarding documentation and issue new joiner announcements.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and tracking reports.
HR Operations & Administration
