Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source and identify suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, referrals, and online channels.
• Review and screen candidate profiles to assess suitability for open positions.
• Conduct phone screenings and initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
