Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
- Support business units in detailed job descriptions.
- Handle work pass-related matters.
- HR operations and administration support.
- Coordinate internal & external training & development.
- Support HR Compliance and document management.
- Support employee engagement and welfare.
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experiences in shipping, logistics or maritime-related industry.
