About the Role
Eaton’s Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions (GEIS) division is currently seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director (Operations - Crouse-Hinds) for the North America Operations team. Reporting directly to the VP of Human Resources for GEIS North AMerica and functionally to the VP of Operations North America, this is a hybrid role based in Syracuse, NY, Highland, IL, Moon Township, PA, or Beachwood, OH. Relocation within the United States is provided for this position.
The expected annual salary range for this role is $146000 - $215000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.
