About the Role

Handle full spectrum of HR function. Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes. To assist in recruitment which includes job posting, schedule interviews. Prepare all employment-related documents, e.g. employment contact, letter etc. On-boarding/ Off-boarding formalities staff orientation. Design, formulate and manage staff appraisal system. Organize corporate events. Review and update HR Policies. Processing of Government Bodies claim such as Maternity claims, Childcare leave claims, NSmen claims and statutory claims. Preparation and filling of IR8A and IR21. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as requested or assigned. Responsible for employee recruitment, induction, training, personnel transfer, resignation and other procedures, and establish personnel files.
