About the Role
**Job Description Summary:**
Under appropriate guidance, ensure that personal administration and HR processes are executed in-country in full compliance with local labor legislation, Core HR standards, and corporate policies.
The role is offered as a two-year maternity cover.

• With limited guidance, deliver comprehensive HR support to employees and managers across assigned service areas, business units, or functions.
• Independently manage HR-related inquiries and collaborate with senior HR team members and line management as required to address complex issues.
