Under the general direction of the Director, Human Resources, Operations & Real Estate Partnerships (OREP), the HR Consultant supports the operational and strategic human resources needs of clients within the portfolio. The incumbent will partner with clients to provide a wide range of HR services, advice and support. Specifically, the Consultant advises on a full range of HR issues including employment policies, practices and procedures, employee and labour relations, workplace investigations, recruitment, job design, job evaluation and salary administration, work accommodation and attendance management, training and development, problem and conflict resolution, and organisational change.
