Responsible for managing and administering the company’s compensation structure, employee benefits programs, and government-mandated benefits. This role ensures compliance with applicable laws and regulations while supporting the organization's ability to attract and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer and process employee compensation, payroll, and benefits in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage government-mandated benefits such as SSS, PhilHealth, PAG-IBIG, and BIR (TIN) registrations and remittances
• Handle employee inquiries related to compensation, benefits, and deductions
