The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an HR Generalist , solid experience in a fast-paced automotive or manufacturing environment , and the ability to build strong relationships across all organizational levels. This position requires outstanding executive presence, excellent communication and influencing skills, and a high level of English proficiency.
