This is a high‑impact role working directly with senior leaders to shape people strategy, drive organisational change and strengthen culture during a period of transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Executive and senior leaders, providing trusted, strategic HR advice

  • Translate business priorities into people strategies that support transformation

  • Lead on organisational design, workforce planning, change programmes and complex ER matters
