    Job Description

    As the HR Business Partner you will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to drive strategic priorities, objectives and targets on-site and partner line managers to drive continuous improvement in associate engagement.You will lead the operations absence management strategy, guide and coach people leaders upon matters of employee relations and you will also have the opportunity to contribute to HR projects both on site and within the wider HR Team.This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced HR team.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment law
