HR Business Partner, Global High Tech

In this role, you will serve as a HR Business Partner to the Global High Tech (GHT) and GHT COE segment in Singapore. You will provide end-to-end HR partnership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, enabling business leaders to build and sustain a high-performing, future-ready workforce.

As a member of the Singapore HR team, you will work closely with business leaders and regional HR stakeholders to drive talent strategies across the full employee lifecycle — from workforce planning and talent acquisition to organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and capability development.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on, agile HR leader who thrives in a dynamic, matrixed organization and brings strong business acumen, execution discipline, and stakeholder partnership. Experience within a new start-up business division, high-tech manufacturing industries, data centers and micro-electronics, semiconductors or advanced manufacturing is highly preferred.
