About the role

The HR Business Partner (Operations) is responsible for supporting day-to-day people matters across the Operations function (Supply Chain, General Affairs, and Industrial Relation). This role serves as the main HR contact for employees and managers, ensuring the effective implementation of HR processes, supporting workforce availability, maintaining positive employee relations, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor regulations. The position also plays an important role in supporting HR projects, organization management, and maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.


This position will be reporting to HR Director.
