Our client, a fully-integrated producer, packer, and marketer in the Food Production sector located in the Citrusdal Valley, Western Cape, is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable HR Business Partner.

The HR Business Partner will collaborate with internal teams and industry stakeholders to implement international best practices and enhance operational efficiency.

Education and Experience:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in HR or related field with 3-5 years experience
• Professional and comfortable temper
• In-depth knowledge of relevant Labour Legislation
• Able to act as a responsible spokesperson/ambassador in local social/community environment
