OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

Provides general human resources support for assigned personneland/or projects or units, including staffing, retention, orientation, careerdevelopment, performance management, compensation, employee relations andcommunications. Ensures that HR policies and practices are consistentwith company standards and are correctly communicated and implemented.He/she provides guidance and support to resolve supply/demand issues andprovides input into resource planning activities.

TO QUALIFY:

• College Graduate preferably of Psychology or any Human Resourcerelated courses.
