HR Associate (Recruitment)

2 year renewable contract. Location: Pasir Panjang/Commonwealth. Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am-6pm. Stipend: Up to $2,500 + PB.

• Responsible for day-to-day recruitment for all active openings.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle which includes:
  • Job posting in internal and external job portals
  • Arrangement of interviews
  • Prepare employment contracts and ensure job offer is made via Workday within given timeline
  • Coordination of new hire onboardings
• Communicate and work closely with HR Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Candidates.
• Manage recruitment related queries and assist to troubleshoot Workday related issues.
• Backup support to other team members during peak hiring period.
• Apply for EPs and follow ups with MOM and other required agencies.
• Ensure daily tasks assigned are duly completed within KPI timeline.
