About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Integrate and adapt company's policy and ensure consistency/compliance to local legislation;
  • Ensure prompt statutory submission and claim for reimbursement and payments and annual tax filing for Singapore;
  • Assist HR Executive with interview arrangements;
  • Maintain accurate employee data in HR System and handle HR monthly reporting;
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding process;
  • Manage employment passes application and renewal processes;
  • Handle all administration matters for employees medical and insurance renewal;
  • Attend to employees' queries, maintain and update on HR-related matters;
  • Handle employee documents such as HR-related letters;
  • Collate and analyse data to support central reporting capabilities.
  • Onboarding of new KL staff;
  • Staff welfare considerations;
  • Weekly sharing session prep (ordering lunch, meeting room booking, etc); ...
