HR Advisor (Mandarin Speaker) - Your future position

Overall mission

Act as an interface to employees at Givaudan, responding to HR‑related requests and queries and escalating them to policy and process experts in core employee administration, first‑level advisory services, data input and reporting, talent and performance management, and onboarding.

Main Responsibilities

Service Delivery

  • Handle customer queries/requests received via the ticketing system (ServiceNow) for the supported country and specific global processes.
  • Resolve the majority of routine requests on first call or email by using the knowledge base and documented guidelines.
  • Analyse complex requests, diagnose issues, and route them to the appropriate second‑line support, prioritising effectively.
  • Assume ownership of cases, opening and closing tickets as needed.
