About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level HR advisory support to employees and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and standard employment practices.
  • Handle employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, offboarding, probation, contract management, and employee status changes.
  • Respond to HR queries via case management tools or ticketing systems, ensuring accurate resolution within agreed SLAs.
  • Support employee relations matters by providing guidance aligned with bp policies and local labour regulations, escalating complex cases where required.
  • Ensure HR data accuracy by maintaining employee records within HR systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
  • Support performance management, leave administration, and employee benefits processes.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment documentation, and reports as required.
