What a typical day looks like:
Promote and enable the self-service delivery model. Facilitate insights and data intelligence for critical decision making. Owners of key HR data. Process execution under operational metrics (adhered to the standard operating procedures, meeting with the service level agreement) Performs and supports HR Core services in and out HR systems; like salary administration, compensation & benefits, employee relations, global mobility, HR help desk, HR portal, time and attendance, HRBP, HRIS support, HR system maintenance and other functional areas such as talent acquisition, compliance and other ad hoc projects for employees and managers.
