  • Manage employee records, update HR databases, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Coordinate employee benefits, track attendance, and support HR-related inquiries and administrative tasks.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in HR software, MS Office, and knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; prior HR experience is preferred.
