About the Role

HR Administrator (1 Year Contract + Completion Bonus)

To support the day‑to‑day administrative activities of the HR Department.

  • Support the HR Department in all HR‑related matters such as records maintenance, documents/letters preparation, reports & presentation preparation, purchasing and invoicing processing.
  • Administer benefits and claims.
  • Support the HR Helpdesk to resolve employees queries/requests.
  • Support the team with HR Communication portal updates.
  • Handle training administration and logistics coordination for courses.
  • Perform training administration duties.
  • Assist in organising employee engagement activities.
  • Manage travel arrangements for the department.
  • Any other ad‑hoc projects and office administration duties as assigned.
