Job Overview

We are seeking a competent, disciplined, and result-oriented HR & Admin Officer to manage human resources and administrative operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will be capable of working in a fast‑paced, demanding industrial environment, handling workforce challenges, and supporting the implementation and ongoing management of HRMS.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR files.
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary cases, and inquiries.
  • Ensure implementation of HR policies and labor discipline.
  • Supervise attendance, biometric system, leave, shifts, and overtime.
  • Ensure accurate attendance data for payroll processing.
  • Coordinate with Finance for salary processing.
