About the Role
Responsibilities:
A. Full Spectrum Human Resource Management
- Manage full HR functions including recruitment, payroll, training, workpass applications/renewals, and performance management.
- Prepare employment contracts and HR-related documentation.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, insurance, and security bonds.
- Handle onboarding, offboarding, and internship arrangements.
- Manage HR-related grants and claims.
- Maintain employee records and support general HR administration.
B. Full Set Accounting & Finance (Including Audit Support)
- Maintain full set of accounts including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger.
- Perform month-end and year-ed closing, including journal entries andreconciliations.
- Process payments, staff claims, and expense reimbursements.
