Housing Officer

Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Housing Officer for a Local Authority Client in Manchester.

In this role you will manage a housing patch, working with residents and partners to resolve tenancy and estate issues and help create safe and clean neighbourhoods.

Duties:

• Manage a designated housing patch, acting as the main contact for tenants and estate issues.
• Carry out tenancy visits and support residents to sustain their tenancies and wellbeing.
• Respond to and resolve issues such as ASB, fly-tipping, safeguarding concerns, and repairs.
• Work with internal teams and external partners to improve estates and neighbourhood outcomes.

Qualifications and Experience:
