What’s the role all about?

As a Housing Advice Officer, you will provide a highquality first point of contact triage and advice service for people who are homeless or threatened with homelessness. You will deal with customers facetoface, by telephone and by email, offering timely, accurate and supportive housing advice. The role is key in ensuring people receive the right information, intervention and support at the earliest opportunity.
