Summary

Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in cleaning and maintaining premises of commercial, industrial buildings by performing the following duties. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Includes the following, other duties may be assigned.

• Coordinate and consolidate the packing of all nightly outbound orders
• Pack all orders using RF scanner to appropriate ship ID's
• Assist and unload order pickers, staging large material on outbound dock by route/dealer code
• Loading loose material using RF scanner to trailers as required
• Audit orders for accuracy-100% material inspection of all routes for part match vs part ordered, quantity match vs qty ordered and damage fr...
