Housekeeping Supervisor

Qualifications

• Proven experience within a 5-star hotel or resort environment.
• Demonstrated experience in a supervisory capacity within the Housekeeping department.
• Can make sound independent decisions and deal with guests and colleagues at all levels.
• Display sound communication skills and have confident and mature personal conduct.
• Excellent communication in verbal and written English language.
• Fluency in another European language is highly regarded.
• Train colleagues on cleaning hygiene standards and maintenance tasks.
• Excellent organisational and team management skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including evening and weekends.
• Strong knowledge in PMS Opera and Microsoft applications.
