Housekeeping Supervisor - Al Bustan Hospital

Al Bustan Hospital is searching for an active Housekeeping Supervisor. You will lead the cleaning staff to keep all hospital areas very tidy and safe for our sick patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Check all patient rooms, doctor offices, and waiting areas every morning to make sure they are spotless.
• Make sure the cleaning team uses the correct hospital soaps and disinfectants to kill all germs.
• Teach new workers how to use the cleaning machines and how to handle hospital trash safely.
• Report any broken lights, leaky pipes, or damaged furniture to the maintenance team immediately.

Mandatory Requirements

• Experience: 2 or 3 years working as a supervisor or head cleaner in a hospital, school, or luxury building.
• Skills: Must know how to plan the daily work schedule for the team and keep the cleaning supplies inventory full.
