Job Description
The Housekeeping Attendant is responsible for ensuring guest rooms, villas, public areas, and assigned work areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation. The role contributes to delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment in accordance with Gamra by Mantis and Accor brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Room Cleaning
- Clean and service assigned guest rooms, villas, and bathrooms in accordance with hotel standards.
- Make beds, replace linens and towels, replenish guest amenities, and ensure all room facilities are in proper working order.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize all assigned areas.
- Ensure rooms are prepared efficiently to meet arrival and departure schedules.
- Report maintenance defects and safety hazards promptly.
