About the Role
Become a key member of Spring Creek Vacations as a Condo Care Houseperson. In this role, you'll handle laundry, housekeeping, and assist with minor repairs within the condos.
This position is physically demanding and focuses on providing essential support to our team and guests. You will perform laundry duties, deliver items, and help maintain the cleanliness of vacation rental units. Your ability to troubleshoot and respond to maintenance requests promptly will be crucial, as you assist both guests and the Client Care team with repairs and upkeep.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage laundry duties, including loading and unloading machines
• Retrieve, sort, and fold linens for guest use
• Complete minor maintenance tasks and repairs
• Respond efficiently to maintenance requests in guest units
• Communicate larger maintenance issues to the front desk
