Sales Manager (Corporate) – Dublin (South)
We’re hiring a Sales Manager to drive corporate and conference (MICE) revenue for a well-established, high-profile hotel in South Dublin.

This is a hands-on, commercial role focused on winning new business, growing key accounts, and increasing occupancy. You’ll have real ownership of your pipeline, targets, and market approach.
What you’ll be doing

Drive new corporate & conference (MICE) business across Dublin and key markets
Build a strong outbound pipeline through networking, outreach and client engagement
Manage and grow existing corporate accounts
Run client meetings, site visits, and events to convert opportunities
Monitor competitor activity (rates, positioning, offers) and react accordingly
Track pipeline, conversion rates and lost business to continuously improve performance
