A Guest Service Ambassador is the friendly face and first point of contact for guests in hotels, resorts, airports, hospitals, retail stores, corporate offices, and entertainment venues. Their primary role is to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure guests have a smooth, positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally
- Provide information about services, facilities, and local attractions
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes (if in hospitality)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests
- Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues
- Maintain a clean and organized reception or service area
- Ensure guest satisfaction at all times
