Hotel Catering Contract Manager - excellent tax free package

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this newly created role will lead the Hotel Contract Catering Division. The role is responsible for client relationship management, business development & overseeing all contract management. Working closely with the finance & culinary teams, the role will be instrumental in driving the division forward.

The desired candidate will have a luxury international 5* hotel F&B management background with a good understanding of contract catering. Experience in the UAE is highly desired, but not essential, however, a clean valid driving license is essential as this role will involve regular travel throughout the UAE.
