What will I be doing

• Welcome all guests with warmth and professionalism, escorting them to their allocated tables, loungers, or cabanas in accordance with outlet standards.
• Coordinate seating arrangements in collaboration with the service team to optimize guest flow and comfort in both poolside and beachfront settings.
• Manage reservations, walk‑ins, and waiting lists efficiently, ensuring accurate recording of guest details, preferences, and special requests.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest enquiries in accordance with hotel telephone etiquette and SOPs.
• Maintain and update the reservation system or logbook throughout each service period.
